This might be a silly question but I have to ask. Is the sherry wine you use the same as vino seco? One of my favorite Cuban chicken dishes now, I think it can kick regular "Fricase de Pollo" in the @$$ lol.

My father loved it, as it wasn't so "entomatado", my mom loved it too, and I loved it as well. Thank you so much for sharing it :) I'll upload pictures some other time.

Served it with "Arroz Blanco", a nice "Ensalada mixta", and a a "Potaje de Lentejas Con Chorizo" which I served in a small bowl as a soup to start the meal :) parents loved it :DNathanhttp://nathanscomida.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4057101081302477804.post-11848384528089393142011-05-22T11:16:53.749-05:002011-05-22T11:16:53.749-05:00This looks very good. Abuela is the same I have picky Cuban foodies in the family LOL.Nathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01705907653188301814noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4057101081302477804.post-34101259550212769322011-05-20T15:27:40.520-05:002011-05-20T15:27:40.520-05:00No story Nathan, just another Cuban recipe for chi...No story Nathan, just another Cuban recipe for chicken. :)Ivonnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00555850249529457418noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4057101081302477804.post-1313435998563492892011-05-20T15:12:02.978-05:002011-05-20T15:12:02.978-05:00Yummy, what's the story behind this recipe?
