The first was a ceramic pot with a lid, this one was not cast iron (not sure what it's made of, I use it on the stove top) but it was a bit roomier and I had a good lid for it. You really don't have to do anything other than let it rest on the counter and wait and bake. LOL<br />Did you use the same cast iron from your first batch? I have also been tempted to try a different variation on the recipe. I wanted to try half whole wheat flour but I was worried about how much yeast to use to raise the dough.
