That drawing is so lifelike that I bet I could sink my teeth into the fruit and spit out the tart, fleshy seeds... You both (you and your sister) are so multi-talented! XOXOXOXOX
Thank you, but I can see the faults in it. Still practicing. XOXO
IM I didn't realize you painted! maybe after all you didn't waste those first 5 years raising your daughter.!! what a talent!
Ha! Believe me I wasn't painting in those first 5 years.I don't keep up with it, nor do I take myself seriously. Many years ago I worked with a man who was 60 years my senior. I would design an ad to show a client (back then, no computers, we had to draw it all out by hand) and I would ask him, What do you think Pinky? (that was his nickname). He would respond in his Jewish NY accent with a cigarette handing from his lips: "Ahhh, it's not going to hang in the Louvre." How true!! LOL
I usually read my blogs that I follow, including yours, in bed on my iPod right before going to sleep. So I end up not commenting because it takes longer on the tiny keypad. But tonight I had to comment! The drawing is beautiful! You're so talented! ::hugs::
Beautiful colorpencil!and the way you tell your recipes is hilarious!
Sharline, you are too funny to have to write that whole long explanation on the tiny keypad. I really appreciate it. A hug for you too!Sylviane, thank you.
Ivonne, it's a wonderful painting! I love your shadows, depth and coloring. I saw it in the Paint and Draw Together blog. I'd like to participate this month as well.
I'm looking forward to seeing your rendition Maria!
